Shipping policy

Germany and EU

We ship with DHL directly from our warehouse in Germany.

Your order will be picked, packed and dispatched by our team in our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order during normal business hours.

For orders placed in our shop within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.90 euros for orders up to 29.89 euros. Orders over 29.90 euros are delivered free of charge. For countries within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of 14.50 euros.

Depending on your location in Germany, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders to other European countries are usually delivered within 2-8 days, but please allow up to 14 days.
